Wyoming LLCs offer strong legal protections, favorable business regulations, and clear blockchain-friendly laws. This structure ensures a secure and transparent framework for real estate tokenization and investor rights. More over, Wyoming has established a special regulatory framework allowing DAOs to register as LLCs. A DAO LLC can be member-managed (like a traditional LLC) or governed by smart contracts (like a classical DAO). This structure limits members' personal liability for the LLC's debts. For each tokenized real estate property:

• Formation - A new LLC (or series LLC) is registered in Wyoming, benefiting from a streamlined process with minimal paperwork. Governance is defined by a smart contract, articles of organization, and an operating agreement. Ownership is represented by digital tokens.
• Capital Distribution - The LLC is represented by a NFT (ERC721) that can be sold or fractionalized by its owner. Issued tokens, typically named after the property, can be purchased by the LLC members which grant them with voting rights and ownership representation. Once they acquired tokens, token holders must ensure active governance in the companies they invest and comply with the jurisdictional regulations.
